New office building and interiors for San Francisco brand articulation firm Damore Johann. The project features a daylight balanced interior, and graffiti resistant corrugated galvalume siding. The structural steel braced frame at the North facade is independent of the exterior wall which allows for expansive ribbon windows and dramtic city views.
Sustainable elements include radiant heating, natural ventilation, formaldehyde free ultralight MDF.
